We draft the specification and claims, file in the UK or at the EPO, and use the PCT route when you need time to choose other countries.

We answer examination reports through to grant, then pay the annual renewal fees so the patent stays in force for up to 20 years.

How long does a patent last?
A granted patent provides protection for up to twenty years from the filing date, subject to payment of renewal fees. On expiry the invention enters the public domain.
