Patents
A patent turns a technical breakthrough into a commercial asset you can defend. We search, draft, file and prosecute patents through the UKIPO, the EPO and the international PCT route, and we keep on top of renewals so your protection never lapses.
How we help
Patentability searches
Before you spend money on filing, we check whether your invention is genuinely new and inventive.
Drafting & filing
We draft clear, strong specifications and file them with the right offices so the invention is properly protected.
UKIPO, EPO & PCT prosecution
We handle examination before the UKIPO and the EPO, and via the international PCT route, right through to grant.
Annuity management
We look after the renewal fees so your granted patents stay in force for their full term.
