What we do
The work doesn’t stop at registration.
A certificate isn’t the finish line. A right can sit on the register for years, and it needs looking after the whole time. We file new ones, and we renew the ones you already hold before they lapse. If a competitor pushes back, we defend it. And when you want a right to start earning, we sort out the licensing. All of it stays with the same team, so a right you filed years ago doesn’t get dropped the moment it comes under threat.

You deal with the same people the whole way through. The person who files your application is the one who takes it through to registration, and the one who’s still there years later when it’s up for renewal or somebody challenges it. Nothing gets passed down a chain and explained again from scratch. And we talk straight: what something will cost you, and whether it’s even worth doing in the first place.
